VIEW STATEMENTS ONLINE
Online statements are just like paper statements that are viewed online. You may choose to view your statements online rather than receiving them by mail. To sign up:
Current Online Banking Customers
If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking, just follow the steps below.
- From the wachovia.com home page, enter your User ID and Password to login into Online Banking.
- From the My Accounts page, click on the Customer Service tab located at the top of the page.
- You will be taken to the Service Center page.
- Under Statements and Documents, click on Change Statement Options.
- Select Online beside each account you would like to view statements.
- Enter an email address if you would like to receive an email notification when your statements are ready for viewing.
- Click Next to verify your request.
- Click Submit to receive your confirmation.
- Click View Paper Statements to view your statements.
Note: Only those accounts that are eligible for Online Statements appear in the selection list. Online Statements are available for any Wachovia checking, savings, money market, mortgage, or brokerage account. Also, if you receive a consolidated statement, only the primary account needs to be enrolled. You can view your other account as part of the primary account, as you do with your paper statement.
