Your online account can be accessed only by entering a User ID and Password. This process authenticates your login.
In addition, the channel between the user browser and the secure Web server is encrypted. We have elevated the safety standard for all Online Services to require 128-bit encryption and its supporting browser types. Current online customers who wish to add new services or any new online customers (including Online Brokerage users) will be required to meet the 128-bit encryption standard.
